For Non-Quality Problem:
For non-quality issues, we provide "30 Days No Reason Return/Exchange" after receiving the goods.
That is, if you simply do not like it you can return freely. In this condition, the buyer bears the shipping when returning to our address.
You will need to provide us with the shipping order number, and customer service will contact you for a refund after we have received the item in our warehouse and confirmed that it does not affect the second sale.
For goods received more than 30 days, we do not provide “No Reason Return/Exchange”, if the product quality problems, you can contact us promptly.
For Quality Problem or Our Fault Caused Problem:
Firstly, you need to submit to us evidence, pictures, and images of the product in question. This will be processed by our secondary team.
Secondly, Returned products must be sent back to our warehouse, where we will be signed off and submitted to our After-sales team for processing.
